Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges on items that have not been worn, altered, washed or soiled, and all tags must be intact.  Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase in order to receive credit.  If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within five days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. After that, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.  Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.  Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.  Intimates are final sale and may not be returned.  To obtain a return authorization, please email customerservice@nvclothing.com.  Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.  Return authorization numbers will not be issued over the phone.  The return authorization number should be written on the outside of the returned package.

Clearance items (marked 30% off or more) are FINAL SALE

International sales(excluding Canada) are final.  NVclothing.com is not responsible for lost or damaged international shipments.

Shipping:

Free 2-3 day shipping on all orders shipping within the United States

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship withing 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.  all orders placed after 1PM CST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 48 hours.  Orders placed on Friday after 1PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.  NVclothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

International Shipments:

International orders will ship via USPS Global Priority mail.  The customer will be responsible for all applicable duties and customs charges.  Shipping Cost to Canada and Mexico: $15 for for the first item and $3 for each additional.  All other international shipments: $26 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.




 

Sales Tax

Currently we charge sales tax of 9% on orders shipping in the state of Illinois.  No sales tax on orders shipping outside of Illinois!
 

Price Matching

NVclothing.com will match any competing website's price*, Ebay excluded, provided they are authorized to sell the product in question, and both nvclothing.com and the competing site has the same size, style, and color in stock.  Please contact us via email or phone for more information.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
