In order for items to be eligible for returns/exchanges, the item must be:
Item(s) must be post marked and returned within 21 days of purchase in order to receive credit. Please fill out the returns form enclosed in your package. If making an exchange, please write the item you are exchanging for along with color and size. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within five days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. After that, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Intimates are final sale and may not be returned. Refused or unclaimed packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee Exchanges: The first exchange is free in the US. nvclothing.com will ship an exchange free the first time, after that a shipping charge of $8 for one item and $4 for each additional item will be applied.
