we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Intimates are final sale and may not be returned. To obtain a return authorization, please email customerservice@nvclothing.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email. Return authorization numbers will not be issued over the phone. The return authorization number should be written on the outside of the returned package.
